Who this covers

This policy covers personal data Global Trade Market collects when you use this website, register, or message the desk.

What we collect

When you register or contact us we collect your name, phone number and email so an account manager can reach you. We record the page and campaign you came from so we know what works.

For account verification we collect identity documents as required by anti-money-laundering rules.

Why we use it

We use this data to open and service your account, answer you on WhatsApp, and meet legal checks. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

We share what the partner broker needs to open and service your trading account with regulated partner brokers. Staff on the Lebanese desk can see your file to help you.

Processors who host our forms and mail may hold a copy. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep account and identity records for as long as the law requires after the relationship ends. Marketing records stay until you ask us to stop.

You can email [email protected] to ask.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies so the pages work. If analytics or advertising pixels are on, they measure campaigns.

You can block non-essential cookies in your browser. The site may then remember less about how you arrived.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email [email protected].

We may need to keep some records because of anti-money-laundering rules. We will tell you if we cannot delete a field and why.

How to reach us

Write to [email protected] or message the desk on WhatsApp. We are in Beirut, Lebanon.

If you have a complaint about data, start with us. We will point you to the partner broker where their file is the one that matters.
